another memory

Within a week or two of Robert going to heaven, while swimming with the girls, Ethne said, "Grammy, Jesus is here with us right now."
I smiled, "Yes, he is." The truth brought me comfort.
"And," she added, "Daddy is with Jesus. That means daddy is right here with us, too."
"That's true! And wonderful. I've never thought of it that way before. Who told you that?"
With a pure and special light in her eyes she said, " Jesus told me."
She swam off but I stayed montionless overwhelmed by the ways the Lord speaks to his children.

Children are simple, they are not worried about the silly things we as older people do and for this reason I like to believe they tend to hear the voice of the Spirit. But, sometimes we as adults also hear the voice of the Spirits and God too. Although, once upon a time we were all children, the unimportant parts of life tends to overdominate our thoughts and lives, where as a child lives for today, if not for the next hour. The beauty of a young mind on this earth. I would love for you to read my blog sometime too. A Spiriutal blog. Thank you for your sweet blog. Enjoying it.MaryAnn fathergodandi.blogspot.com
